Yes. Our programs are fully funded through federal and state workforce development grants. There are no tuition fees, hidden costs, or loans. We also cover the full cost of up to five professional certification exams for eligible learners who complete their training.
Eligibility varies by program. PAP is open to anyone looking to start a tech career. RAP is for currently employed adults who want to upskill. WIOA serves unemployed individuals, underemployed workers, veterans, youth (14-24), and those facing barriers to employment. All programs require U.S. residency. Depending on your program and track, you can earn up to 5 industry-recognized certifications from partners including Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, and Certiport. PAP graduates earn IC3 (Digital Literacy), 4Cs (21st Century Skills), ESB (Entrepreneurship), plus 2 IT specialization certifications. RAP and WIOA participants earn certifications aligned to their chosen track.
The Pre-Apprenticeship Programme (PAP) is a 6-month hybrid learning journey. The Registered Apprenticeship Programme (RAP) and WIOA program durations vary based on your chosen track and learning pace, but are structured to be completed alongside work or other commitments.
Absolutely. Our Registered Apprenticeship Programme (RAP) is specifically designed for working adults. Classes are live, virtual, and scheduled around work commitments. PAP and WIOA programs also offer flexible scheduling to accommodate learners with other responsibilities.
Our headquarters is in Houston, Texas, and we have a growing presence in Georgia. Our classes are delivered live and virtually, but enrollment is tied to your state of residence—each state has its own workforce commission, and you must be a resident of a state where we operate to qualify. We are actively partnering with workforce commissions across the country to expand access to more states.
We offer 15+ specialization tracks including Cloud Computing, Software Development, Cybersecurity, Network Security, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, Networking, Databases, Device Configuration, and a full suite of SAP enterprise courses. Track availability may vary by program.
Graduates receive career services including job search assistance, employer connections, resume support, and placement services. PAP graduates also have a direct pathway into our Registered Apprenticeship Programme for continued advancement. Our goal is not just training—it's employment.
